Course format: Self-paced in the classroom, live webinar, or online.
Course Access: All pre-licensed courses are valid for one year from the date of purchase. If you need more time to complete your course, you can purchase additional extensions.
Pass Guarantee or Refund Policy: For prelicensure classes, a written refund request must be submitted and received by the school office at least one business day before the class begins. Refunds apply only to tuition fees and do not apply to shipping or materials. All refunds are also subject to a non-refundable administration fee of $50.
Student Support: Customer support or technical support staff are available to answer your questions via email, chat feature, or phone during business hours. Our student support team is also available via email or phone. Students enrolled in classroom courses have access to knowledgeable instructors who are ready to assist. Students enrolled in online or live webinar courses may contact the school by phone or email with any issues or questions.
Exam preparation: TestPrep online exam simulator allows students to take practice exams and study over 1,300 practice questions per category. The simulator analyzes your knowledge for each exam category and provides explanations for questions you answer incorrectly. Additionally, there is no limit to the number of times you can take a practice exam, and the same exam will never be generated twice.
Final exam: At the end of the prelicensure course, you will be required to take a final proctored exam based on Georgia Real Estate Commission requirements. Students enrolled in classroom courses must take the final exam at the Barney Fletcher School office on the designated date and time. Students enrolled in online self-paced courses are required to take the exam online with a selected independent third-party proctor. A proctor must be present during the exam and approved by the school.
