He ran the company on his own for nine years until he merged with Town He Residential and then transitioned to Compass. He has successfully completed over 5,000 rental transactions throughout his career.
Mr. Bellisario and Mr. Cruz are both licensed contractors and partners in the construction company My Beautiful Home Designs. They are also real estate developers and co-own B2C Development.
