When the Super Bowl kicks off on Monday, February 12, all eyes will be on not only the Kansas City Chiefs and San Francisco 49ers, but also an epic real estate ad on homes.com.
The real estate portal will launch its biggest real estate marketing campaign in its history, capitalizing on the major sporting event that attracted more than 115 million viewers last year.
“It's time to get excited,” Homes.com said in a video campaign touting its upcoming $1 billion marketing offensive.
“The biggest marketing campaign in the real estate industry is taking place, and the results are going to be shocking,” the YouTube clip exclaims.
This campaign is said to be all about helping super-powered agents succeed.
“Homes.com accelerates our customers' success by driving 80 billion impressions, reaching more than 90 percent of households, and investing more than $1 billion to generate millions of visits.”
Zillow and Realtor.com also spent big to bring actors like Dan Levy and Heidi Gardner into the campaign.
A teaser video shows Gardner telling a man playing chess in a park, “We have a nice neighborhood,” as the wind blows.
The video clip teases, “Celebrity superstars like Dan Levi, Heidi Gardner, and several other special guests will be spreading the word for you.”
“Homes.com will be available in homes everywhere.
“Homebuyers see us on top networks, Prime TV, streaming platforms, digital radio and more, including NBC, Fox, Disney, CBS, Max, Paramount, Hulu, YouTube, Pandora, iHeart, your favorite podcasts and more. I will.
“We're kicking it all off on America's biggest advertising stage with four Super Bowl ads.”
Homes.com said the campaign will also extend to the Oscars, Grammys, March Madness, Olympics, NBA Finals, MLB All-Stars, Stanley Cup Playoffs and more.
“[It's all]to help agents like you grow demand for your listings and close more deals,” the video proclaims.
“No homebuyer would want to miss this.”
