For Harper, adopting a plant-based lifestyle is rooted in her love for animals. In addition to ethical reasons, Harper emphasized that a plant-based diet has a positive impact on her overall well-being, making her feel better both physically and mentally.
plant-based approach
Recognizing that not all lifestyles are suitable for everyone, Harper encourages flexibility. While Harper isn't a strict vegan herself, her approach emphasizes the importance of incorporating plant-based foods into your diet.
Harper admits that eating a vegan or plant-based diet isn't about being perfect. “Sometimes you can eat a very unhealthy diet or a plant-based diet,” she said, stressing the importance of maintaining nutritional balance for optimal health. After all, Oreos, chocolate, and fries are vegan.
āAs long as you are nourishing your body, [you will feel good],ā she said.
But contrary to the misconception that living a plant-based lifestyle requires cutting out your favorite foods, Harper offers a fresh perspective. She revealed that one of her favorite things is being inspired by plant-free recipes. “It's generally pretty easy, just replace a few things,” she explains, and she advocates for small changes to existing animal-based recipes to make them more plant-first.
Harper's favorite meals include vegetable chili and hearty soups. She can be seen cooking tofu and rice with different seasonings and sauces multiple times a week. Roasted vegetables and baked potatoes are also part of the weekly menu.

With the upcoming launch of Planted and continued advocacy for a plant-based lifestyle, Harper remains committed to empowering individuals to make healthy, meaningful changes in their lives.
