Hawaii Tech Days is a series of events designed to connect high school and college students with in-demand information technology (that) Careers with local companies.

“It’s important for students to interact with as many people as possible.” HawaiiThis is especially true if they plan to remain in the state after graduation,” Ito said. “They need to understand what types of technology local employers are using and the efforts they are making to better prepare them to enter the job market. They also need to understand what internships they can take part in. and what kind of entry-level positions employers are looking for.
This fair was co-organized by students. ah Collaboration with Manoa's Computing Machinery Association ah Systems, the Pacific Intelligence and Innovation Initiative, and the Hawaii Chamber of Commerce.
“The world after graduation is full of richness and opportunity, but without structure it’s hard to know where to start. As a student, I really benefit from events that help me start making connections and become familiar with a career field.” ,” said Liliana Royer, a senior computer science major and member of the Society for Computing Machinery, which is in charge of the fair.
