Peter Andre and pregnant Emily McDonagh appeared on Loose Women to discuss their baby. The conversation quickly turned to beauty pageants.
Peter Andre shared his strict parenting rules for Princess and Junior after controversy over their children's beauty pageants.
In a recent episode of Loose Women, the Mysterious Girl singer, 50, and his wife Emily McDonough, 34, joined the panel to discuss her pregnancy and their lives. At one point, she was asked what she thought about beauty pageants, a topic the panelists talked about earlier in the show.
Emily was the first to respond, telling the hosts: “For me, if kids are really passionate and really want to do something, I don't want to get in their way. Similarly, I don't want to get too focused. I try to focus on other things that they are good at.
“There's a lot of pressure, especially when it comes to girls. It's a little dicey, but if they wanted to, I probably wouldn't encourage them. I want to stop them. Pete said, “Honestly, it's up to the parents, but I've always had a rule that I can't do anything until I'm 16, whether it's contractual or anything that would pull me out of school.'' Even when my older two were asked to do something when they were 15, they were allowed to do small things, but they were forced to leave school for it. I wasn’t allowed to take time off or sign a contract until I was 16.”
The Mysterious Girl singer and the NHS doctor, who married in 2015, announced the happy news last year that they were expecting their third child. When Emily has a baby, Peter becomes her fifth father. Peter already has two children, Junior, 18, and Princess, 16, with ex-wife Katie Price, and two children with Emily, Amelia, nine, and Theo, six. There is.
During an appearance on Loose Women, they said they kept the baby's gender a surprise. Emily said she doesn't have a preference as to whether her child is a girl or a boy, but admitted she secretly wants a boy, although Peter is lucky to have “both” already. . Host Nadia Sawalha decided to use old wives' tales and tricks to “figure out” the baby's gender. After examining Emily's lump and discussing her symptoms, Emily told Nadia, “I was really sick this time, it was the worst!” She pointed out that Nadia said, “That means it's a boy!”
