Two students from the Bay College/LSSU Regional Center Business Professionals of America (BPA) student club qualified for national competition at the state competition held at Davenport University in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The national convention will be held from May 10th to 14th, 2024 in Chicago, Illinois.
Leading the way was BPA Club President Griffin Johnson.
Johnson took first place in Contemporary Issues, Ethics and Professionalism, and Prepared Speech.
BPA Club Vice-President Tregan Lippens placed second in Contemporary Issues and Ethics and Professionalism. Lippens also won third place in Administrative Support Concepts, Digital Communication and Design Concepts, and Management, Marketing, and Human Resources Concepts.
