Basseterre, Saint Kitts – Ministry of Tourism Permanent Secretary Tivanna Wharton recently gave insight into the Tourism Marketing Organization, which has implemented effective marketing and promotional campaigns to increase awareness and visibility of St. Kitts and Nevis as a tourist destination.

Ms. Wharton highlighted a recent viral video showing a cluster of taxis in New York City, where the taxis were wrapped in the logo of a St. Kitts tourism campaign.
“This is one of our key source markets and having our brand visible in places that are visited by millions of people every day increases brand awareness. “It shows the commitment we are making in terms of elevating and increasing the visibility of St. Kitts as a tourist destination,” she said.
