TS Kler, Chairman and Cardiologist, BLK-Max Cardiovascular Institute, New Delhi, participated in the 'Dil Se Dil Tak' organized by Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), Punjab Agricultural University (PAU). The audience was enlightened through a talk session on the subject. Saturday at the Dr. Manmohan Singh Auditorium.
Mr. Khurr, who is also a Padma Bhushan awardee, emphasized on leading a stress-free life through lifestyle management, exercise and adequate sleep as prerequisites for maintaining a healthy heart.
During the talk sessions, the audience interacted with the guest speakers and discussed health-related issues.
University Vice Chancellor (VC) Satbir Singh Ghosal chaired the talk session and thanked the speakers for sharing their thoughts.
IQAC Coordinator Jagdeep Singh Sandhu welcomed the speakers and participants.
Mr. HS Sohi and Mr. Jasbir Cheema, alumni of the famous Punjab Agricultural University. A large number of senior officials from the constituent universities, directors, deans, deans, faculty, non-faculty (current and retired), and students of the university attended the lecture.
