Nearly every town in New Jersey is expected to continue seeing steady home price increases through the spring, according to the latest forecasts from Zillow Real Estate.
Lawnside Township in Camden County is expected to see the largest increase of 3.20%. Two other towns, Ewing in Mercer County and Gibbsboro in Camden County, could also see a 3% increase in property values.
Of the 547 New Jersey ZIP codes analyzed by Zillow, only eight are expected to experience a decline in home prices by April. Both fell by less than 1.1%.

Notes about the data: Zillow's “Typical Home Price” calculation is a trimmed average, which works similarly to the median to get a more accurate estimate. Postal codes without sufficient data were omitted. Zillow uses typical home prices and other variables to predict what home prices will be in the coming months.
