The 12th annual 2024 InNOLEvation® Challenge saw eight finalist teams compete in front of a panel of judges on Friday, March 1st. The Raide team took home the first prize of $10,000.
Annual InNOLEvation® The Challenge provides students of all majors and grade levels with the opportunity to gain valuable insight and experience in innovation and entrepreneurship. This business model competition focuses on identifying problems and potential solutions, building effective teams, defining new business assumptions, and testing those assumptions in the field. The entire competition took place over two of her semesters, with students submitting portions of their business models along the way.
Founded by Commercial Entrepreneurship major Kennedy Joy Foristall and Computer Science major Noah Romo, Raide is a consumer-to-consumer clothing rental app by college students, for college students. The Raide app allows users to rent their clothes to members of the community or even borrow from those users' closets.
