New classes begin every month in three popular professional development courses designed to help working professionals keep up in key business areas: Sales Operations, Business Analytics, and Sales Development Science. All will be guided by industry-leading experts and successful participants will receive a certificate of completion.

Sales Operations Science Certificate: This course is designed to improve your knowledge and broaden your skillset as a salesperson, helping you “future-proof” your career. Students will gain familiarity with tools like Salesforce and Trailhead and gain insight into topics such as sales performance management, go-to-market strategies, and other frameworks that increase sales efficiency.
Business Analysis Professional Certification: This 10-week course provides a hands-on learning experience in data and analytics. Topics include data modeling, SQL basics, data visualization basics, and even artificial intelligence and machine learning.
Sales development scientific certificate: Enjoy flexible online learning with optional roundtables in this 10-week course. This 10-week course is designed to provide participants with the strategic know-how, credentials, and real-world experience needed to increase sales productivity and revenue.
