Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are said to be selling their home for a staggering $90.81 million, amid reports that the celebrity couple is on the brink of divorce.
The couple have reportedly hired Santiago Arana of The Agency, one of Los Angeles' top real estate agents, to sell their Beverly Hills mansion, which they purchased last year for $60 million.
The couple were previously rumoured to own a $34.5 million, 1,400-square-metre mansion further north in Pacific Palisades.

But after touring nearly 100 properties, the couple known as “Bennifer” ultimately chose a Beverly Hills home as the ideal home for their combined family.
With TMZ reporting that real estate agents have “been showing the house for about two weeks” and that “divorce is imminent” for this A-list celebrity couple, it doesn't look like this will be a happily ever after home.
The outlet reported that Lopez and Affleck have estimated the home's selling price at $65 million and have spent millions on renovations, meaning the couple would likely take a huge loss if the sale goes through.

TMZ also reported that Lopez is already house-hunting, while Affleck is living in a $100,000-a-month rental in Brentwood, West Los Angeles, near his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner.
The Daily Mail reported that photos of Lopez and Affleck's luxury home appeared on a real estate website after they were removed after the house was sold in May 2023.
The new photos were uploaded to real estate website Zillow on June 1 and June 5, the newspaper said.

The home is still listed as sold.
Lopez and Affleck purchased the home after searching for about two years.
They reportedly paid cash for the home, which sits on six acres and features a 15-car garage, 17 bedrooms and two residences, including a caretaker's house.
It also features an outdoor sports complex with basketball equipment, pickleball, a gym, a boxing ring, a bar, an infinity pool and amazing views of LA.
