Professional services and investment management firm Colliers has promoted Cecilia Cheung (pictured) to head of marketing and communications in Hong Kong and senior director of marketing, valuation and advisory services in Asia, effective from July 1.
Mr Chan will report to CK Lau, Managing Director in Hong Kong and Managing Director of Marketing, Valuation and Advisory Services in Asia.
In this newly created role, Chan will be responsible for driving Colliers Hong Kong's marketing and communications, business development and research strategy, as well as expanding the Colliers brand.
She will also be responsible for promoting the expertise of Colliers’ valuation and advisory services professionals across the Asia region.
She will manage the branding, digital marketing and PR strategy, content engine, lead generation campaigns, client engagement programs and internal communications for Colliers Hong Kong and Colliers Asia's Valuation and Advisory Services businesses.
Chan joined Colliers in August as director of marketing, valuation and advisory services for Asia. 2022. Last October, her role was expanded to also be responsible for marketing and communications in Hong Kong.
Speaking to Marketing Interactive, Chan said, “It's been an incredible journey with Colliers over the past two years. It has been a great honour for me to elevate our brand with our fantastic team across the region and in Hong Kong. I truly look forward to more exciting things happening for our brand and the industry.”

Prior to joining Colliers, Chan was Head of Marketing for Carousell Group Hong Kong, where he was responsible for Carousell Hong Kong's platform user growth and overall consumer marketing strategy.
During her time at Carousel, Chan Partnered with internal stakeholders to drive user acquisition and retention in vertical markets, established strategic partnerships with external parties for business growth, developed, planned and implemented branding, content, PR, social, digital and offline marketing and event strategies.
Ms Chan has worked to elevate the brands of various global, local, traditional and emerging companies in Asia Pacific and Hong Kong, including Lenovo, PCCW and co-working space operator theDesk. She was part of the core team that established Interactive Advertising Bureau Hong Kong.
