Apple expands tools to help businesses connect with customers
Apple Business Connect enables businesses of all sizes, with or without a physical presence, to create a brand that is recognized by more than 1 billion Apple users.
For the first time, businesses of all sizes around the world, even those without a physical presence, can now use Apple Business Connect to control how they appear to more than 1 billion Apple users. . Verified businesses will be able to establish consistent branding and location information across the apps their customers use every day, including Apple Maps, Wallet, and Mail.

Tools to help any business grow
Since last year, businesses have been able to obtain and manage location cards for their locations through Business Connect, including adding and updating photos and logos. Encourage customers to take actions such as ordering food or making reservations directly from their place cards. Offer special promotions to your customers.
Now, all businesses can register with Business Connect to create a visual brand identity, including those that provide services and those that operate entirely online or without a physical location. Easily connect with customers and build trust.
New features in Business Connect
With new features in Business Connect, businesses can sign up to display their brand in email and phone apps, and customize their logo with Tap to Pay on iPhone.
Branded emails allow businesses to display their brand name and logo in emails to customers, making them more visible and recognizable within the email app. Businesses can sign up for Branded Mail today, and their logo will start appearing to customers later this year.
Additionally, businesses can now choose to display their logo instead of a category icon when accepting payments with Tap to Pay on iPhone. This lets customers know they are paying a trusted and verified company.
Next year, businesses will also be able to register for a Business Caller ID. When you contact a customer, their name, logo, and department appear on the incoming call screen, helping you distinguish verified companies from spammers and other unwanted contacts.
How to register
Virtual, online, and service business owners can use their existing Apple account or create a new Apple account to sign up for Business Connect on a self-service website from their mobile phone, tablet, desktop, or laptop computer. Now you can. Businesses can sign up and start customizing their brand for free. Businesses can also manage their location presence at scale through listing management agencies such as DAC Group, Rio SEO, SOCi, Uberall, and Yext.
