Ms. Ross joins TroyGould with over 35 years of diverse legal experience in the real estate field. She maintains a full-service commercial and residential real estate practice and is perhaps best known for her unique residential real estate expertise handling complex transactions and disputes related to luxury residential real estate.
Ms. Ross has deep roots in the entertainment industry and was previously a partner at the boutique entertainment law firm Blum Hergott Diemer Rosenthal Laviolette Feldman Shenkman & Goodman LLP. She began her career as an associate at Morrison & Foerster, and before joining Troy Gould, she was a partner at Gipson Hoffman & Pancione. She received her J.D. from Harvard Law School and graduated summa cum laude with a BA in Communication Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles.

A veteran entertainment and technology attorney, Mr. Babli brings approximately 25 years of transactional law experience to the firm. She graduated from Yale Law School and received her bachelor's degree from Harvard University.

Mr. Lee joined TroyGould in 2019 as an associate in the firm's corporate department and was promoted to member of the firm after four successful years. Since joining the firm, she has significantly strengthened the firm's emerging companies and venture capital practice, representing the firm's clients in venture finance and serving as outside general counsel to emerging companies and their investors. Mr. Lee is an integral part of the company's M&A team as well as public company reporting operations.

Mr. Nashon joined Troygould in 2020 with nearly 20 years of legal experience and was promoted to member of the firm after much success. She handles a wide range of business litigation and transactional matters and leverages her extensive experience to meet the diverse legal needs of her clients. She represents and advises clients in a variety of industries, from healthcare to restaurants, entertainment, and more. She also specializes in business aviation, representing aircraft owners, charter operators, flight schools, and manufacturers around the world.
