karma International has acquired mmi Analytics, a media communications and eTail measurement platform for beauty, fashion and lifestyle brands.
This acquisition demonstrates the company's commitment to expand its full-service offering and strengthen its position in these key vertical markets.
It combines Carma's global reach, technology and services with mmi Analytics' expertise and established presence in the beauty, fashion and lifestyle sectors.
This enables customer journey optimization by building targeted brand strategies and metrics across retail media, influencer communities, and traditional media networks around the world.
mmi will operate as a brand within the Carma Group and will be supported by its global reach and client service, technology and expertise.
With 22 offices around the world, the acquisition of Carma will enable MMI to double down on its regional strengths in each field while supporting customers in global markets.
