Elon Musk and Grimes seemed like a match made in heaven when they first got together, but it's clear how different they are when it comes to parenting. Like many celebrities, Grimes prefers to keep herself and Musk's three children out of the spotlight as much as possible, but Musk's recent outings show he doesn't care about that at all. This is especially troubling given the long period of time it has taken. A bitter custody battle is brewing.
Photos obtained by Page Six show Musk and Grimes' eldest son, X.A. He has been seen carrying it. This is the latest outing he and X have had since Grimes filed the lawsuit, and it's a good indication of how the two prefer to co-parent.

In 2023, Grimes filed for custody of their three children. Musk has never formally responded and is said to have avoided repeated attempts by Grimes and his team to send him custody documents.
While Musk doesn't seem to mind the spotlight on his children, Grimes is very private about his children, posting about his daughter only once in recent years.

Grimes and Musk began dating in 2018 and continued dating until 2022.
They welcomed two children together: a son named X Æ A-Xii (better known as X), born in May 2020, and Exa Dark Sideræl Musk, born in December 2021. a daughter named, and another son named Techno Mechanicus. Through surrogacy.
