A healthy lifestyle and fitness regime is a must for everyone from all walks of life. However, the majority of young people are often confused about how to deal with it. Yash Vardhan Swami, founder of Trained by YVS, was no exception. Now a nutritionist, health coach, and fitness educator, he was once a victim of unhealthy lifestyles and choices. He started his entrepreneurial journey in 2012 when he had a jaw-dropping moment with his own transformation, losing more than 44 kg of weight.
Talking about his outstanding concept, Swami says, “This is a holistic approach that uses our Last Diet Method to help clients lose weight at the end. Basically, most people are looking for ways to get healthy or improve their lifestyle.” I understand, but what is often missing is structure, which helps in every way. approach (addressing psychology, nutrition, exercise, lifestyle, sleep, stress, deficiencies) and health markers, sustainability, and most importantly, accountability. The coaching and lifestyle changes are so fully integrated into their lifestyle that once the coaching phase of The Last Diet Method TM is over, they become independent and no longer need us.” says Yash Vardhan Swami, YVS trained founder. Swami began with a psychological priming stage to prepare us before beginning the transformation. “Then we perform a very detailed analysis of the client [200+ questions], then make a plan to begin the fat loss and health promotion phase. Our last phase is the lifestyle integration phase, where we make the results permanent and integrate everything into their lifestyle,” Swami adds.
Since its inception in 2017, Trained by YVS has changed the lives of over 4,500 people. “Our main clients are those who have ‘tried’ makeovers many times but have not yet reached their goals, or those who have almost ‘lost hope’,” says Swami.
Additionally, we've helped future coaches and nutritionists start their fitness businesses, and we've helped over 300 online fitness coaches and businesses scale beyond 6- and 7-figure months completely online.
The venture has been profitable since its first year, and “the current goal is to maximize profitability by reducing churn.” So, what's next? “The main focus for 2024 is to stabilize revenue above 1 million, increase this to 1.5 million and then 2 million. And to impact and change 1 million lives by the end of 2025. ” Swami concludes.
