Honasa Consumer Limited (HCL) is a brand house consisting of Mamaearth, The Derma Co., Aqualogica, Ayuga, with stakes in BBLUNT and Momspresso. It was founded in 2016 by husband and wife duo Varun Arag and Ghazal Arag.

But by understanding Indian consumers and cultural nuances and creating solutions for them, we got a lot of love. Honasa Consumer debuted on Dalal Street on November 7, 2023. The Honasa Consumer IPO was conducted from October 31 to November 2 and was sold at a price range of INR 308-324 per deal. The IPO raised a total of 1.71 billion rupees, including 365 million rupees of fresh issue.

The Delhi-based company became the first company to join the unicorn club this year after completing a $52 million funding round led by Sequoia Global.
2021
The number of Instagram followers has exceeded 1 million. Ghazal Arag was one of the judges on Shark Tank India, an Indian business reality television series based on the highly successful American show. The show, which airs on Sony Entertainment Television, is the Indian franchise of the American show Shark Tank.
