Gisele Bundchen is opening a “new chapter” in her life.
In an interview with Robin Roberts on Thursday's “Impact x Nightline,” the supermodel opened up about life after her divorce from Tom Brady.
“This is definitely a time of transition that has to happen,” Bundchen said. “I don't think you want it, but I guess sometimes things happen in life.”
“This is a new chapter in my life and I get to learn new things,” she added. “And I'm going to make my way in a different way.”

Bündchen and Brady announced that they will be divorcing in 2022 after 13 years of marriage. At the time, the former couple confirmed their split on social media, saying they were “grateful” for the time they spent together and that the decision was made “amicably.”
Bündchen said the divorce was not easy, but her priority was her children, Benjamin, 14, and Vivian, 11, whom she co-parents with Brady. Brady is also the father of Bridget Moynahan's son Jack from a previous relationship.
“Some days are easier than others, but I think our kids are really smart kids,” she said. “They know what to do to get away with it.”
“That's natural [they] “I can only control my own actions,” Bündchen added of co-parenting.

Bündchen is now looking forward to her next work, including her cookbook, Nourish: Simple Recipes to Empower Your Body and Feed Your Soul, scheduled to be released later this month.
This book contains 100 recipes based on everyday ingredients, aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle.
“This is my temple,” she said. “I only have one, but how can I nourish it? And how can I love it? If it doesn't nourish me, I can't eat it. not.”
“I think that’s the biggest thing,” she added. “Be committed to your health.”
