Isabella Mastrodicasa is a producer, founder, and social media celebrity manager. She discussed being an entrepreneur in the digital age and shared some of her daily motivations.

Speaking about being an entrepreneur in the digital space, she said: “It's full of daily challenges and requires a lot of adaptability to ever-changing trends and the ability to pivot towards new needs in the market. But that's also the beauty of this game. It’s also something you can always pay attention to.”
“You should always aim to learn and improve yourself while embracing new types of creativity, technology, and opportunities,” she said.
“The thrill of having to constantly think outside the box, find additional resources, and communicate with new media and new generations also gives you a lot of freedom to experiment with ways to grow professionally and as a person. I personally feel it's more interesting than a stable but redundant career,'' she added.

Regarding her daily motivation, she said, “I am motivated every day by my team who trust and rely on my vision, and by my clients who are passionate about working towards a common goal and strategy.''
“While I'm building my own business and freedom, it's also very rewarding to know that I'm helping other women build their business and freedom,” she said.
“Given my background in criminal law, I always wanted to contribute to social change. Having the possibility to run a company while expanding and highlighting creative minds and women of color “I’m excited every day to be able to do it,” she said.

Regarding her future plans, she said: “We continue to build our digital talent roster and welcome more visionary talent to our team, with different approaches and prospects in the market, and who can add value by bringing in ambitious new talent. I want to have 'skills. ”
“I am committed to growing our film and TV projects on the scripted side. We are currently working with a scripted client to develop an IP for a US studio, which is a different process full of obstacles. Even though (especially after the pandemic and after the strike),” she said.

“I recently started looking into an AI assistant to simplify some of my daily tasks and schedule my week with daily reminders. I use technology to save time and improve efficiency. I like using it, and I think if used responsibly, it can be a great asset, especially for small businesses,” she elaborated.
Advice for young and ambitious entrepreneurs
For young people aspiring to become entrepreneurs, she says, “My biggest advice to aspiring entrepreneurs is to commit to your vision and find a like-minded person you can trust to execute your plan.'' It's about finding people.''
“It's totally okay if you don't understand everything yet, but study hard every day to become a better version of yourself while staying one step ahead of everyone else,” she said.
“Keep believing in yourself and your values, even when you're faced with challenges you don't know how to overcome,” she said.
