Love Tilly Group is a Sydney hospitality group offering great service, food and wine across five venues: Ragazzi Wine + Pasta, Fabbrica Pasta Shop, Love, Tilly Devine, Dear Sainte Éloise and Palazzo Salato. We're looking for a passionate and creative Marketing & Reservations Coordinator to join our growing team.
In this role, you will work directly with the Group Marketing Manager and Business Development Manager to tell the venue's story in an on-brand and engaging way across all digital and social media platforms. Maximize venue capacity by effectively handling booking inquiries via phone, email, website and social media platforms.
about you
If this sounds like the role for you, you should have previous experience working in a hospitality setting and be able to demonstrate the following skills:
- Highly developed communication skills (written, oral, listening)
- Ability to create and manage a growing body of high-quality written and visual content that resonates with social media audiences.
- Solid knowledge of restaurant reservations and banquet reservation processes.
- Ability to manage inquiries, complaints, orders, and reservations in a professional and sales-oriented manner.
