Meghan Markle misses her life as an actress, while Prince Harry is said to feel “guilt” that his wife had to give up her “dream life”.
The former Suits, Horrible Bosses and Get Him to the Greek star gave up her TV career when she got engaged to Harry in 2017. The source added that the prince “knows how much she sacrificed to get married.”
“Meghan has made no secret of how much she misses the carefree life she had as an actress,” a source told OK magazine.
“She has no plans to change her relationship with Harry or her children, but part of her wants her life back.”
Meghan “loved being on Suits and all the opportunities it gave her.”

Sources said the Duchess of Sussex preferred the less-pressured world of acting, where she could “hang out with some of Hollywood's biggest names” instead of cutting ribbons at engagements around the UK and Commonwealth.
They said, “She loved being on Suits and all the opportunities it brought. She was invited to all the exclusive events and got to hang out with some of Hollywood's biggest names, but with much less scrutiny, attention and pressure.”
However, following rumours circulating in the past week that Meghan could move into politics, the duchess is thought to be considering “offers” from her former industry.
A source said: “She knows she'll be criticised no matter what she does so she wants to deal with the backlash and do what makes her happy and feels the time is right to start considering offers.”

The source added that Meghan is aiming for a “big comeback”.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex gave up their working lives several years ago and Meghan is aiming for a “major comeback”, the source added.
“Prince Harry often feels guilty that Meghan has had to give up her dream life, but he will support her no matter what because he knows how much she sacrificed to marry him and have a family,” the couple said.
“She has lots of work commitments coming up but this is just the beginning of Meghan's big comeback and she will be doing things her own way.”
Royal commentator Tom Bower told The Sun that one such comeback could be a Prince Harry-style autobiography.
“We are still waiting for Meghan's own autobiography, which I'm sure she is writing. She is a brilliant writer and it will be filled with vitriol and lies,” he said.
“She won't tell the truth because she wants sensational headlines. That's the ultimate weapon she can use.”
But for now Meghan's focus will likely remain on her podcast, Archetypes, which GB News understands was controversially axed by executives after one season on Spotify and has now been delayed until 2025.
Although Markle managed to attract guests like Paris Hilton and Serena Williams, executives at the Swedish audio giant shut down the podcast, with the company's “head of podcast innovation,” Bill Simmons, slamming Markle and Prince Harry as “fucking frauds.”
