SP Jain also operates universities in London, Sydney, Mumbai, Dubai and Singapore. The San Jose campus will house a bachelor's degree in data science and business management and a master's degree in AI
“Because it's a buzzword, it's going to be even more valuable in the market. Recruiters are going to knock on your door and say, 'Let's talk,'” Banafa says.
Mayor Mahan said the city wants to attract and retain talent to San Jose and has expedited the permitting process to encourage new companies to move in. Mahan said San Jose was also one of the fastest cities in the state to recover economically after the pandemic.
