This book debuted at number 1 in Amazon's “Real Estate Sales'' category. Amazon ranks this book as a #1 bestseller in other real estate categories as well.
Mr. Tiller contributed chapters to this book along with seven other real estate professionals from across the United States. This book provides insight for consumers interested in buying or selling a home.
In his chapter, Mr. Tiller explains the difference between transactional and relationship real estate agents. He identifies the main characteristics of each type of agent and how a client or prospective client can detect the type of agent with which he is communicating. He details the pros and cons of each type of agent for the different types of clients he has.
Mr. Tiller does not make a clear recommendation in his chapter as to whether transactional or relational agents are best. Instead, he explains the differences and, depending on the client's situation and goals, guides them to choose the agent whose style best suits the situation at hand.
Chris Tiller assists buyers and sellers with real estate transactions in the greater Phoenix, Arizona area. He started his real estate career in 2006 and has maintained a portfolio of development projects and residential and commercial rental properties in addition to assisting clients.
