Eversgerd, who spent seven years at Coldwell Banker and served on numerous boards including the MetroTex Association of REALTORS, brings a wealth of experience to his role at @properties Christie's. He is his third generation of real estate agents and has been in the business practically his entire life. As Managing Broker, he oversees agent recruitment, provides strategic guidance and agent coaching, and guides the team toward continued success in serving clients throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. “As a child, I grew up doing odd jobs for my grandfather, who owned his own brokerage firm,” Eversgard said. “I help him get his house ready to sell and things of that nature. My father also got his real estate license. Being in this business felt natural to me. I followed their lead and obtained my real estate license and brokerage license several years ago.''
Eversgard then went a step further and earned his Certified Real Estate Broker Manager (CRB) designation. He found his strength in serving as a mentor and coach while helping other agents grow their businesses.
“I have been heavily involved in the real estate market and community for the past seven years. ” Eversgard said. “It really helps support the agents I work with to improve themselves and build strong customer relationships.”
