Visitors to the 20,000-square-foot research center can see first editions of Hill's books, including “The Rules of Success,'' “Get Rich,'' and “Outsmarting the Devil,'' as well as unpublished copies of Napoleon's books. With the new research center, Russell hopes to continue Hill's unrealized vision of a “school of success.” Hill dreamed of bringing together the brightest entrepreneurs of the time to learn and develop each other's ideas, but his vision was interrupted by the Great Depression and personal challenges.
