Madeline Mordarski has joined The Keys Company as its new chief marketing officer, the company announced this week.
Mr. Mordarsky will oversee the company's marketing operations and work with executives on growth strategies.
Prior to joining Keyes, Mordarsky spent seven years at COMPASS in multiple marketing and operations roles, most recently as senior manager of business operations.
“Madeline's extensive experience implementing large-scale marketing and growth-driving strategies was very attractive to our management team,” Keys President Christina Pappas said in a news release. “We have aggressive goals for the next decade to expand our agent roster and market share across Florida. New exclusive partnership with Forbes Global Properties , coupled with Madeline's expertise and leadership, will be critical in achieving these milestones.”
Mr. Mordarski previously founded a small consulting firm specializing in branding, public relations, partnerships and digital media for the health, wellness and fitness industries.

Mordarsky holds a BA in Strategic Communications from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Regents University in London.
