After establishing itself there, the company expanded into the audio category of headphones, true wireless stereos, and speakers. As of 2022, it is his second best-selling brand across major markets. It has further expanded into the smartwatch category and despite being a new entrant to this market segment, it holds the record for the fastest selling and most rated smartwatch on Flipkart. “We are launching our product range in the UK and by the end of the next quarter we plan to have it in five countries,” says Mr.Gupta.
The business is expected to grow by around 66% to around Rs 500 crore from 2022 to 2023, and is now expected to grow to Rs 1 billion in revenue as smartwatch sales soar fourfold.
BOULT has successfully sold more than 2.5 billion units to date, reaching more than 99% of the nation's ZIP codes, and has a targeted total revenue of $60 million this fiscal year. Remarkably, the brand has consistently achieved annual growth of over 100% for the past five years, and amazingly remains profitable while operating entirely in-house.
