The Urban Land Institute Southwest Florida Chapter will hold its first Focus Real Estate Forum event at Florida Gulf Coast University on Thursday, February 22 from 1:30 to 6 p.m. This event brings together industry leaders, experts, and stakeholders and provides a unique platform to exchange ideas, insights, and strategies that will shape the future of real estate in the Southwest Florida region.
The forum will include four content sessions focused on post-Hurricane Ian recovery and rebuilding, new developments in the tri-county region, healthcare growth trends, and finally, new real estate industry trends in 2024. It ends with a trend.

A networking reception will follow the session. The investment amount is $95 for ULI members and $130 for non-members. Discounts are offered to students and public sector participants.
