Austin, Texas, March 12, 2024 /24-7 Press Release/ — Wick Marketing received a Silver Award at the 2024 Nationals, the annual convention of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). The Nationals attracted approximately 1,200 entries from real estate professionals across the United States and Canada, spanning a wide range of categories and development areas.
Nationals judges will select Gold Award winners from an elite group of Silver Award winners in each category. Silver and Gold Award winners were celebrated at his NAHB International Builders Show on February 27th in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Wick and his clients achieved high honors with two notable planned communities in distinctly different settings. Amblebrook is targeted at more than 55 home buyers in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania and is being developed by Crown His Community Development. It received a Silver Award as Master Planned Community of the Year.
Wick Marketing received a Silver Award for Amblebrook in the Gettysburg Brochure and Marketing Promotion for the Grand Opening Event. Amblebrook also received Silver Awards for Digital and Integrated Marketing and Community Welcome Center and Clubhouse Amenities.
Citro Communities also received high honors in Northern California's San Diego County. Wick Marketing received a Silver Award for its logo design and Citro's unique welcome center display graphics.
